    I'm a rebel!!!!

Driving on the freeway to get to the chiropractor this AM the usual thoughts crossed my mind.

    1. I drive the speed limit.

    2. I signal all turns and lane changes.

    3. I wear my seat belt.

    4. I yield right of way as directed.

    5. I move over a lane for patrol cars/tow trucks/highway helper on the side of the road.

    6. Take up only one parking spot.

    7. Never park in a handicapped spot, fire lane or within 30 feet of a hydrant.

    8. Try to see other drivers as my neighbors instead of competitors in ''Death Race 2011''.

    Yup. I'm a rebel.

well good for you, Id like to replace 1000 cleveland drivers with 1000 mr. Rees. Im very good about most the stuff ya listed except my seatbelt. Habit from the Army, I always took mine off cause it rubbed my neck and would pull tight.

Dick, You and I live less than 10 miles apart. If you've been driving the speed limit on any of the last 10 or so commutes I've had to make to work downtown, you would be in the lead in Death Race 2011. I seem to not be able to go faster than about 25.

I'm torn - when the economy was down [more], at least traffic was better.

    TJ...

Go for smoke and mirrors instead. It's trendy and you won't have to mess with the pipe for the drape.

I think you drive that way because you're old! The fact that you were going to the chiropractor kind of confirms that.Let's face it,when we get older,we (usually ) get wiser.

Safe drively and you might live long enough to have a bad back.

    PS

It was the roof rake that finally did it. Can't torque on my back working sideways.

This doesn't work in LA. I have to look at them either as competitors in said remake, or as crazy people. especially if they're driving a Prius (not just any hybrid - apparently the heads up display is too mesmerizing for LA drivers to care about signaling, etc.)
