I searched Sony's Pro site and found this page. I don't know if it's still available, but you can always call and ask. Looks like it's made for Windows 2000 and ME. Here's the release note for that version of the GUI.

I bet Sony can help you. That was a very well designed processor for the day.
Another thought if Sony can't help, control at least the EQ through Smaart v4.x - v5.x: Smaart Documentarium
