I teach Chemistry at Patuxent High School in Lusby MD and at the College of Southern Maryland in Prince Frederick MD. While I got my start in sound in the 1980's as part of the DC Hardcore scene, I spend most of my time now with Bluegrass/Americana bands.
In sound, I see myself as a band engineer that can help bands improve their live performances through effective use of technology. Despite that my basic mix philosophy is to put a good mic on a good sounding source through a good sounding PA and let it rip.
While I am not a provider, I do have my own small PA which includes QSC HPR's and a Mixwiz.
