New DIY Mid High (90deg) - AKA PM90

Man, I love these things but wow they're HEAVY! In terms of sound though, nothing has ever come close to matching them in all the years I've been gigging, and I've used all sorts of speakers in the past! Just wanna say thank you so much for this thread!

New DIY Mid High (90deg) - AKA PM90

Yeah checked it multiple times and even tried different polarities just in case. I'll swap it with the other crossover I have and retest. I'll come back with the results as soon as I can. It would be amazing if anyone who's built these could supply a graph before correction to see what it should...

i finally got round to firing up one of my PM90s after 2yrs or waiting but i have a question on the frequency response....this is BEFORE doing any corrections and just simple crossovers at 100hz and 650hz.....I'm using the DCX464 with the HD950 horn and 18Sound 12ND930 drivers. I see a 10-12db...

New DIY Mid High (90deg) - AKA PM90

haven't been in here for a while. it's good to see this thread is still very much alive. 2020 was a ridiculously tough year and as a result, haven't finished the PM60s i built last year. I've still got the ND950 drivers and subs to buy to finish them off. hopefully this summer will be a good...

New DIY Mid High (90deg) - AKA PM90

So got the build done yesterday. Looking good so far. It was surprisingly easy to put together! Next week they'll be wrapped and the horn chrome dipped so should look the part! I haven't finished the horn baffle yet, hence why it's missing.

Good luck with the build Mate! Getting all my wood cut on Tuesday and putting them together on Wednesday. Can't wait. Also gonna make the front horn baffle detachable. Getting those 12" drivers through that baffle looks pretty tight otherwise!

so I'm about 1-2 months away from starting the PM90 build, I'm just worried about the processing side! I only have a driverack PA2 at my disposal and seriously can't afford an LM26 or anything like that. Anyone tuned these with a driverack or similar DSP? I was actually looking at the dynacord...
