Ensure a quality execution of the overall consumer experience at all times</p><p>Manage the Assistant Tour Manager and applicable staff such as part time field staff and set-up/break down staff as directed </p><p>Ensure all part time field staff and program entertainment delivers a quality overall interaction with all consumers/Consumer Management</p><p>DOT FMCSA reporting requirements</p><p>Reporting/Key Performance Indicators</p><p>Conduct the on-site survey upon arrival at the event location to ensure the correct placement of all footprint assets</p><p>Responsible for the overall safety of the activation footprint and the associated compliance with the applicable Federal, State and local regulatory laws</p><p>Conducting onsite safety briefings prior to the set-up and break down of the footprint elements</p><p>Liaison with local event, fire and safety officials</p><p>Overseeing and managing the set-up, onsite maintenance and breakdown of the event footprint elements</p><p>Daily and event inventory of the premiums, uniforms and event collateral</p><p>Ensure the overall event Quality Assurance</p><p>Troubleshoot technical elements including electrical, HVAC, audio/visual, staging, lighting, power and theatrical production</p><p>Set up and breakdown technical event elements (8-10 hour process)</p><p>Manage 10+ part-time brand ambassadors to operate high tech program elements for consumer interaction purposes</p><p>Manage the overall execution of event elements including green screen, and virtual simulator technology</p><p>Interact heavily with target audience</p><p>Provide detailed and consistent documentation of equipment status</p><p>Communicate daily with Production Supervisor Logistics Supervisor regarding the status of the various equipment</p><p>Be responsible for the technological elements to ensure safe and correct usage by staff and consumers alike</p><p>Drive a chase vehicle (possibly a pick-up truck) including a 53ft tractor & trailer</p><p></p><p>REQUIRED SKILLS</p><p></p><p>Electrical experience A MUST</p><p>Audio/visual and theatrical experience A MUST</p><p>Mechanical staging and lighting experience A MUST</p><p>Promotional experience and/or sales experience A MUST</p><p>Experience with wi-fi technology A MUST</p><p>Knowledge of stage lighting, sound and power</p><p>Prior experience working with green screen, virtual simulator technology</p><p>In-depth knowledge of driving a large vehicle including weigh station protocols</p><p>Pass physical and drug tests</p><p>Outgoing, friendly, responsible and self-motivated</p><p>Excited to speak and demonstrate product to consumers of all ages</p><p>CLASS A CDL - a MUST</p><p>MUST BE available to work for the entire program without conflicts</p><p></p><p></p><p>Christy Pierce </p><p>Actress & Promotional Model</p><p>☎ Mobile: 571-425-7007</p></blockquote><p></p>
