So for example, if I send a vocal channel to the effects bus, typically you'd expect to hear the dry from the vocal channel, and the wet (effected) from the effects bus. When I route the effect bus to the Matrix, it's as if all capability of effects is lost. If I pick up the effects bus send to the matrix, the dry only gets louder, and it turns out that I have a duplicate of my original dry vox channel. What can I do to successfully send an effects bus to the matrix, so it would operate exactly as on the Main Bus?
Hi guys! I'm trying to create a separate mix on my Behringer X32 using the Matrices. What I end up doing, is I route all my desired channels into post-fader buses, and all my effects (like reverb) also to post-fader buses. I can easily route the individual music and vox buses to the matrices without a problem. The tough stuff begins when I try routing my effects bus to the matrix. My understanding of Matrices is that they have the potential to function like the Main Bus. My Main Bus responds perfectly when routing the effects buses to it. However, when I route the effects bus to the Matrices, all I hear is the "dry" of whatever is being sent into the effects bus.
