Hey everyone, I am currently new to this site...I am the audio tech for my church and we run a Behringer X32, we are trying to run Waves MultiRack through a Mac Book that is connected to the card on the back on the X32...everything works right and sounds amazing coming through the mains, but it is causing the musicians and vocalist to go crazy with what they are hearing in their ears. The musicians have P16's and vocalist have ear packs...so we are trying to figure out how to fix this or for them not to even hear any of the effects that come out of the mains. Pretty sure we have to figure out how to set everything post fader, but having trouble figuring that out. Any information will be helpful. Thanks

Are the sends for ears after Waves? If so, it could be latency issue. Make sure that the sends are PRE insert - if insert is where your Waves is.
Yeah, I know it is a latency issue now, so I'm trying to figure out how to send Waves post fader so it doesn't effect their ears...any suggestion on that?
Insert point is switchable pre/post. Aux-mixes are likewise patchable. Have monitor sends pre everything. I do not have full size desk anymore because I use the rack-version with iPad.
