Apologies if this seems like a stupid question but one of our JCC V50s has just started flickering and I need to replace it. With other LED lights, you just replace the LED itself but with these it looks like you have to replace the whole unit. Is that correct?

If that is correct, and tips for doing it? Do you just have to pull it down through the hole in the ceiling? That looks as though it might get a bit messy.

Thanks

If you need to replace a faulty JCC V50 LED unit, first, ensure the power is off. Next, gently pry off the bezel and diffuser. Remove the old LED unit by disconnecting it from the clip connectors. Once done, you can connect the new LED unit, ensuring that the polarities are correct. Then, replace the diffuser and bezel. Make sure to test the new unit before completely reassembling. As always, if you're not confident with this process, consider hiring a professional electrician. Safety first!
