Locking the Behringer X32

I need to know if I can set and lock the X32's dynamics only with the flanges remaining operative so the mix can be maintained. I want operator to be able to set the mix but not the compression and EQ. Is that possible with these boards

Why would you want to offer someone ‘half’ creative operational control?

We have a volunteer operators some of which do not know what a frequency, compression, or EQ even is. I need to iinsure that only people who have adequate knowledge are able to be creative with the dynamics.

No. Individual parameters cannot be locked out.

If you just need basic fader control you could try the M32-Q Ipad/Android App. Just the basic mixing on faders with no other control. Hand them tablets and go. I find the Android app very easy to run and low cost Android tablets work fine with the App. I hand them out to entry level bands all the time.
