[TECH] Looking for a Full time Sales and project manager

Philadelphia area Audio/Visual Company seeks a full time experienced AV sales professional with knowledge of the AV Events industry, contracting new sales with clients’ needs.

Responsibilities include new business development, managing and expanding current accounts, and prospecting for new business. Selling to enterprise, government and education customers.

An understanding of the latest solutions to sell and manage customer’s needs in Audio Visual Events.

We are looking for candidates who follow these requirements and behaviors:
  • Enthusiastic and motivated
  • Manage multiple tasks with detailed orientation
  • A technology industry background: 3+ years of Audio Visual events industry experience
  • Experience developing client relationships and generating new business in client spaces
  • Strong drive to locate and pursue new business opportunities
  • Established contacts: A book of business with client relationships
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong interests to find new business
Position responsibilities:
  • Generate job orders for AV events and integration
  • Vastly expand the firm’s client base via one’s own book of business, cross-selling with the firm’s current client list, cold calling, networking and researching
  • Develop and maintain productive business relationships with clients
  • Analyze and respond to client’s needs in a timely manner
  • Apply negotiation capabilities in closing deals
  • Keep up to date on industry development
