Hi all,
I have a midas pro6 with a RPM-TB72R. I encouter difficulties trying to record with pro tools10 in a MBpro (CPU overload and no signal received to the laptop). And with logic pro, there is no problem. Could anyone give the reason of this crash with pro tools?

Thank you so much for your help.

hey Jeff,

sorry to break into this thread, but I will be looking at the desk the user is using. Any thoughts on the Presonus Series3 Sl32 and Soundcraft Impact 32. or even suggest a semi professional desk in the up to US$4000.00 range to look at and consider.

Hi,
What version of MacOS are you running? Protools can be really fussy about this, and the version of Protools you are running is 7 years old. The last supported MacOS for that version is Mountain Lion.

Hi Jeff,
Sorry, I was a bit busy. I'm running with a MBPro 13" mac OS 10.8.5 Mountain Lion
2.4GHz intel core i5
8GB 1.33 MHz DDR3
2T HDD plugged with the firewire 800.
