We’re also currently backordered on almost every other console. While we’re excited about this positive trend we understand the frustration that these supply constraints might cause. We are feverishly increasing our production capacity, but the real relief will only come when our new factory goes live early next year.</p><p> </p><p>Over the past two years MUSIC Group has opened three Training Centers in Nevada US, Manchester UK and Zhongshan China. We will shortly be opening another one in Willich Germany, which will be managed by our new hire Harald von Falkenstein. The quickest way to find support is via our website under "Contact Us". Under United Kingdom is listed a number of email addresses and phone numbers you can use for technical support. The same is true for the US.</p><p> </p><p>I understand that your suggestions are yet to be included in PRO Series firmware updates, however firmware updates on large format consoles are highly complex and require extensive testing. Our 70 Engineers who work at our RnD Centre of Excellence in Manchester focus almost exclusively on Midas, Klark Teknik and Turbosound. We are currently Beta testing the next major PRO Series firmware update, which we expect to be made public before the end of the month. In this you’ll find a number of updates and fixes including many suggestions from end-users and,hopefully, some of your own suggestions. We will also soon be releasing an M32 and DL15 Series firmware update to address the 48/96 kHz sampling rate issue.
