Hi all. I picked up my first QLX-D system last week, and I have noticed a strange intermittent problem - occasionally the pack doesn't finish initializing, and the frequency or group display never appears; it shows dashes: "-- --". When this happens, the receiver doesn't detect the transmitter as on. The menus of the pack function to some degree, however you can't set the channel manually. It seems like the RF section didn't start up. Power-cycling the pack solves the problem.
I called Shure and they have recommended an exchange, but I thought I would throw this out there to see if anyone else has had this problem.
