I'm building some amp rack panels and for the first time I rear mounted XLRs and NL4s (looks better and simplifies servicing). I have problem with NL4s, since cable side connector is hitting head of the M3 screw which holds panel connector. I can insert and lock connectors together but some extra force is needed and i don't want that. Are there some special screews with flatter heads or should I just use rivets? I'm trying to avoid rivets if possible.

Thanks for the tip, I had to drill a bit to create a shallow countersink, but it works and looks OK now.
