For needs of radio broadcasting station we look for the solution to transmit the audio from the office to the transmitting towers.

We have 7 regional transmitting towers. Currently we send audio with Barix Instreamer/Exstreamer100. But since these devices haven't error-correction functionality it happens that the sound at the end may have glitches or another short time distortion.
To avoid that we look for a solution robust to Public Internet quality issues. The best if the solution can use two independent Internet connections. (Barix Redundix doesnt work for us since it can operate with compressed audio stream, while we launch uncompressed PCM audio.

Please suggest what could be good and trustworthy devices for us.

I would suggest you change your encoding from mp3 to aac+. Easy enough to deploy at the head end by replacing the exstreamer with some old PC running Ubuntu server darkice and icecast2. I have 4 or 5 transmission sites connected in this way and this overcame the poor relay connections in the middle of the links at sites where the service provider equipment is overloaded. mp3 traffic is identified and choked by some. aac+ is a smaller size data packet and the same buffer has about double the Data. Old 32 bit clunker is fine.
