Surround Rubber on JBL Flip 2

New here.
I have a JBL Flip 2 bluetooth speaker which is giving a crackling sound on raising the volume. On opening the frame, I found that the surround lining was blown off and there are lots of cracks in the rubber.

How do I go about fixing this?

Option A- Pull unit apart and locate manufacturer speaker to replace.
Option B- Throw unit away and purchase new speaker.
Option C- Attempt to glue current speaker.

I would go with option B.
