Touchmix 30 Phantom Power

The phantom power on my Touchmix 30 is not working. Has anyone run into this problem and found a solution (other than sending it to QSC for repair)? I've tried searching unsuccessfully for a schematic. My next purchase will be with a company that is more forthcoming with such details.
 
FWIW, I've worked with a TM16 for many years. Once or twice I lost phantom on CH13 (lucky 13!). Oddly enough, reloading the mixer software resolved the problem. Probably not in your case, but something to possibly try...
