Wireless ethernet bridge?

I'm looking at getting some JBL SRX812Ps which have networkable DSP and programming. It would be really convenient if there was a way to make that wireless. Does anyone know of a small form factor wireless to wired Ethernet bridge that would be appropriate to hang on the back of a speaker like that? It would be great if it would be small enough to glue/screw/tie somehow onto the Ethercon connector.
I would power it via an IEC passthrough cable:

Anyone have a device they've liked?

Thanks!

Re: Wireless ethernet bridge?

I have a couple of these that I use when doing installs, http://www.amazon.com/TeckNet®-300M...1426252852&sr=1-2&keywords=wireless+router+ap . They have worked well and haven't given me any issues. For live shows I use these, http://www.amazon.com/EnGenius-Tech...UTF8&qid=1426253049&sr=1-14&keywords=engenius . They are rock solid. Given your use, I would be inclined to just make some cat5, signal line, power looms and run back to a single router/access point. You need to run wires to the speaker any way and adding a cat5 line to the loom shouldn't be cumbersome.

Re: Wireless ethernet bridge?

Thanks - the first box looks pretty cool. I'm not interested in a multi-cable loom. I don't always use the same length cables, and being able to grab whatever length XLR cable I need and take power from wherever I can makes more sense for how I work. My use is not primarily as main speakers, but as front fills, delay speakers, or monitor wedges as part of a larger system, so there isn't really a set configuration I could wire for.

I'm a huge fan of the Apple Airport express. It's pretty compact, and has a built in power supply, so no stupid wall wart. Plus, with the audio out jack, you could feed music to the speaker wirelessly if you needed to.
