Sorry to zombie-fy this thread but I'm looking to pick up a few more 905's myself. The club I work at has 3 that sound ok, are heavy as hell, but just won't die. So it looks like I'm stuck with them. I'm considering either refinishing the cabs and adding a full face foam backed grill or building new cabs so the horn would be horizontally oriented as apposed to vertical. That would work better when paring too. I mean as well as any pair of wedges with 90 degree CD horns do when you pair them. I could add trustworthy handles to them (the current handles are plastic and only on one side) and maybe get the weight down a little. They're 70lbs now.
Anybody near Western North Carolina have any to let go?
