Certainly this is lying on the remnant pile of your local electrical supply house. Or the distance is short enough to make a reasonable substitution.

My dad's an electrician that does several million $ per year of business with a couple supply houses over here, so my new price is very competitive, but I would rather not buy it new, because the price is still horrendous.
Camel traders is at $5.85 per foot.

Because copper is traded daily on the stock exchange our pricing changes with it, as does every electrical supply house in the country (Unless you can still find a Mom & Pop shop still around).
