I've got 4 brand new Telex BP-2002 intercom beltpacks which I bought in a lot purchase and I don't need. Great to add on to an existing system or start a small intercom - only add a power supply and you're good to go.

No, I only have the beltpacks. The headset connector is a male four pin XLR connector, so any Telex, Clear-Com, or Production Intercom headset should work.

I was reading through the manual today and figured out that these beltpacks are compatible with Clear-Com via a change of internal jumpers.

No adapter for Clear-Com, just an internal jumper switch.
