Everything is in great shape (8/10 I'd say - there's a super small bend at the top of one of the rack ears that's not really there once it's screwed down) and works perfectly. All optical cables and IEC's included. Everything bought brand new and one of the ADA's is less than a year old. The ADA's have been labeled as channels 17-32 but you can use them as whatever of course.
Really a great little board!

***Please note that the one thing this package does not include is an expansion card for the second ADA8000, meaning you can only run one as it stands for a total of 24 channels.
