Justice, I found that blog earlier this year and it is phenomenol! That chick can throw down around a camp fire. I dig the Pig!

In my spare time (which is usually zero) I help a competition bbq team, cooking everything from pork butts, ribs, brisket, chicken and a few other goodies.

Glad to see someone else likes good food!
