Posting Pictures from Tapatalk on Android

When I try to upload a picture from my phone, i get an error message saying that I have insufficient privileges to perform this action.

I don't have access to an Android phone and neither does David, he'll have to look in the Tapatalk and vBulletin support sites to see if it's everyone or just you/us.
