Does anyone have a good method with which to tether the dust covers for ADAT/TOSLINK connectors? Also, if anyone has a good supply source I could use a handful.

I threw out or lost every cover I have that gets used. I use gaff tape to cover them when not in use. Its generally available and easy to get off. Not a problem if I lose it once I peel it off. Never had a problem.

Triangle Cables has the caps for the jacks:

Many places that make custom Toslink cables will sell you a pack of covers for the cable ends, or throw some extras in with an order.
Or you could buy some of the female~female couplers and put both ends of cables in them.
