Doug, I originally thought that the speakers were independent and that each would have its own amplifier section with a loop-through and volume. Now I noticed that one speaker has both inputs. This is not a big problem, you just need this:

I'd run two pairs, one off the LEFT main out and one pair off the RIGHT main out, one pair in each room. Then use the balance controls to adjust what comes out where.

There may be a cheaper powered speaker out there that has independent amplifiers instead of being linked - anyone know of anything?

Unfortunately, I need a minimum of three zones. Does this break down this solution?
