They are legit. I have bought from them a few times, and I believe for at least some of their orders, they use Full Compass for fulfillment. It did not say Full Compass anywhere, but Spectrum Audio is located in Washington and the return address on the box was for Silicon Prairie Parkway, Madison, WI.
Slight Review: One time, I bought a powersupply from them, and they sent me the wrong one. They eventually returned it, but it took them a while to get back to me, and the first time they forgot to include the shipping label. I had to contact them a week later to tell them, at which point they sent it.
