[WTR] Video Projector in May

I am looking for a video projector in early May for one day in Concord Mass.

The screen is 12' wide and the throw is about 30'.
Last time I did this I had access to a conference room type of projector that worked at about 15' but the image brightness was not enough.
This is for a charity event for which I am a volunteer so a good price would be appreciated by all.

We will be projecting from both a laptop for photos and a slide show and also from satellite TV.

Let me know what you suggest and how much it would cost if you would so I can talk to the organizers well in advance.

Still looking for options. Anyone?
The unit I used last time was a BenQ 2500 lumen unit. Wasn't quite bright enough.
So far the suggestions have varied all over the map on price. I am trying to keep their cost down so more of the fundraising can be used for their good work.
