Does PSW, Huge Universe, or now EH publishing really own the copyright to the LAB Sub?



According to a post in the LAB Sub forum they claim ownership. I thought Tom Danley would technically own it, and he donated it to the commons.



I'm wondering about preserving that info they if they decide to scrap it like other things.

The short answer is I don't know. The long answer is I hope not. I have no plans to create a LAB Sub forum here, since before that forum just became discussion about subwoofers in general. Maybe TD knows, in any case we should grab that data and save it offline. If it turns out we can use it, it would be a perfect candidate for that wiki everyone's talking about that could become ''Study Hall''.

Tom donated the design to the community as a favor. He had his reasons for doing it (which I will not go into) and has always been a DIYer at heart.



He would hate for his posts on the theory to get lost. He put a lot of work into it.
