[TECH] Need audio techs in the Maryland area

Business is booming and I am in need of audio techs in the Maryland area. I am looking for hard working, talented, level headed techs. Must be able to move equipment. Transportation to haul gear is a plus. Mostly weekend work.

You will work at least 4 times a month, if not more! You will be trained on our systems and will exclusively use our gear. Techs must be familiar with Yamaha digital desks.

I was going to apply, but this disenfranchised me from doing so. I guess I need a lawyer....

The sad thing is that my older employees (and myself) work harder and more efficiently than workers half our age; we should make double the pay.

I hired a few kids a couple of times. I worked circles around them.

Probably the best crew I ever used was the volunteers at a Lesbian festival. Those girls had no issue (or trouble) moving any of the gear or setting it up etc.

We used to do shows at the Naval Academy and the cadets there were by far the best crew I've ever seen. Smart, capable, strong, and cooperative. It also helps when all you have to do is tell the commander what needs to be done and get out of the way...
