I have 2 Ashley DSp's,the 4.24 and the 3.24. I sent ther 4.24 back for some repairs last year and bought the new unit so I had something other than my old Ashley analogue crossover. The new unit does not have the same software as the old one. I am really disapointed with the new software. It looks cartoonish and you have to have multiple windows open to make changes. The older original software was more professional looking and easier to see what is going on. Hard to inderstand why they would take something that worked great and was easy to use and change it? I talked to another provider over the summer who also uses Ashley and he has the same opinion.

Re: Ashley DSP

Of course you can monitor multiple amps at once with System Architect. You can by using the normal panel views from the venue too, you just need to click the recycle button in the upper right.

Re: Ashley DSP

I program 24.24m's regularly and originally found the newer open-multiple-window-software to be a pain until I realized you can assemble your own control panels for level and metering of multiple devices simultaneously (like a simple version of system architect) Once you get a canvas file made of all the often adjusted parameters I find you access the actual dsp control far less.
This seems to be for the newer "ne" products. If your device isn't a networked one you may be able to run the original software if your new device still uses an rs-232 connection.

Re: Ashley DSP

On the current Protea NE software you can put sliders buttons and switches on the canvas and link them to parameters on as many different Ashly products that you can get connected. With the networked products you can have control over as many as you can get on the network.

Right-clicking anywhere on the blank canvas (desktop) of the Protea software brings up all the items you can place on the screen.

for example I've attached a screenshot from a club system using two ne24.24m processors.
