I had a problem at a show (shhh...don't tell Evan)

Re: I had a problem at a show (shhh...don't tell Evan)

Umm...I think you need to start looking for some better gigs...

It actually was a pretty good gig! A panel discussion then an auction for red brangus heifers. These were several thousand dollar cows and there were people there from all over north and south america to buy them. It was requested that I play female pop music as each cow came out. Stuff like single ladies, poker face, etc. We even had woo-woo lights and a spot light!

Only in Texas, right?!?

Only to get further off topic, but similarly I ran sound for a sheep fashion show. The contestants would dress their sheep in outfits that matched their attire. The sheep didn't like the spotlight too much.

I am not sure, does anyone else have any practical experience lighting livestock?

What would be an appropriate color/temperature for different fleece colors?

Lighting male pigs is boaring.

Lighting male bovine excrement is bull shit.

Lighting sheep and goats is baaaaaad news.

Lighting colts is foalish.
