Here's what I got pair of EV SXA 360s with Live X ELX118Ps which the subs are weak and need more muscle under the 360s.
The matching SBA 760s have been discontinued and cost more then the JBL 18XLF I've been spying on and concern about about the long term product support on a discontinued product. Plus the XLF weighs less. My concern is the mismatching and the 360 manual state to HPF the 360s at 100HZ and the XLF has fixed 90HZ and would I lose SPL on the 360s ? and would the combo even work?
Since 2 different brands which has different DSP processing that I'm gusssing they have ?
I have a rock cover band that covers old and new rock. Room sizes vary from 100-200 ppl and occassion outdoor on the patio deck but don't need concert level.
I just need more muscle under the 360s and don't have room to add more Live X.
Which my plan was to start with the XLF subs for the time being to go with the 360s then save up more nickles and dimes then buy matching tops and move the 360s to monitor duty to replace the passive YX12s
