Post 913 of this thread has Peter's most recent PDF file of the build. Max Warasila had done a great job with complete Cad files but I think its in the 60 deg thread. When I have time I'll look around for it.

This happened to my TM16 as well. It was the caps. Had them replaced and no more problems.

As Art said, staples or nails plus a high quality wood glue will work. Since the parts are also screwed and glued to the side of the box they can’t really move. This is how I built all 6 of my boxes.

Does your ipad see the Touchmix wifi?

Not sure what you would gain with this over using a conventional 12" point and shoot box. Peter's brilliant dipole design allows the 2 twelves to combine nicely while creating a powerful 3-way pole mountable box.

I have used a Jackery 500 to power 2 JBL PRX 710s, a Touchmix16 and some wireless mics with no problem. Plus 2 60" big screen TVs with wireless HDMI. At the end of a 1.5 to 2 hour gig the Jackery would still have 65% charge. They make a 1000 and 2000 as well. Cost about $100/100watts when I...

As Jason said, the 90 horn is smaller so a filler panel will do the trick. The boxes are the same other than the horn used.
