Nuendo helps Carl Palmer bring ELP back to the stage

Same here, I have still never seen a Wing in use, but X32's, M32's and all of their smaller variants are still dominant in small venues, churches, etc.

The X32 was successful essentially because of near perfect market timing. It was the lowest cost solution that had a reasonably professional feature set by a WIDE margin at that time and so for several years it had few rivals. They also excelled at the whole platform of accessories - the Aviom competitor, the IEM beltpacks, digital snake, etc which really helped them to extend into HoW market etc. It was also a period when many hold-out customers were finally ready for a digital console.

Just look at how huge that X32 thread got here... so big even Uli himself dropped in occasionally! X32 and M32 are getting older now but for many organizations they have all of the features they need, and they have proven to be pretty reliable.

The Wing's market conditions and price point were completely different. For Behringer to do something similar to the X32's level of success now they would have to really break the mold with something unique and very compelling (like a virtual AI mix engineer, or something similar in my estimation). The market is saturated with plenty of capable solutions now at every price point.
