1000th Thread

Silas Pradetto

Graduate Student
I'm bored at work.

Actually, while at the bottom of the home page this is the 1000th thread, vBulletin says it's the 1022nd thread in the URL. Oh well.

I'm desperately trying to find something to talk about.

It's spring break here, so no one is around (I work at a University), but yet it's snowing. A lot. Irony?

Silas,

You're a young guy, why aren't you using your "vacation time" for a spring break vacation? Depending on where you go...there could be "fun girls" there. It's too late for this year, but, next year, schedule your vacation time for spring break.

Now...finish all of your ironing and find something to keep you productively- busy. ;o)

Re: 1000th Thread

We were on spring break last week at the college, and I had a long road weekend. The pine pollen was falling at about 1 1/2 inches per hour in South Carolina.

Actually, as I walked in today, an older coworker was suprised to see me and asked why I wasn't on vacation. Since I'm state, I do get an unnecessarily large amount of paid vacation, so I actually might end up taking some of the week of. I can't afford to go anywhere, but I could at least relax, for once!

I went to Florida a couple years ago, and it was fun, but there definitely isn't enough budget to go every year, at least not yet.

Someone must need a soundguy in Florida during spring break, right? Call me!

If you happen to come through Greenville SC, call me and i'll show you around town/go out for a beer. You wouldn't have been through Columbia for St pat's day would you?
