It would be speaker wire, I've seen some sites in the US that sell it but prices are steep unless you order a roll (I only need about 100'). I might have found some.

It has less filler and should coil more easily, while giving the same or more copper. 14/4 SJ is pretty common, and 16/4 shouldn't be impossible to find. GTD
