Anyone know of a simple speaker stand adapter, sleeve what ever you want to call it that will take either 1 3/8 up to 1 7/16 / 36mm or take 1 1/2 down. I have some RCF 312's that the internal pole mount socket is too big for 1 3/8 and too small for 1 1/2 inch stands. It measures 1 7/16 or call it 36mm. The local muffler shops can't reduce an 1 1/2 inch tube or expand the telescoping insert up, most they could do is take 1 1/2 inch and expand it. I going to check a couple fabricating shops that do tubing work. As a last resort I thinking of having a couple of inserts turned out of aluminum, one end would fit inside the 1 1/2 inch tube, with the other end turned slightly smaller to 1 7/16. That would replace the telescoping adapter that is supplied with the Ultimate stands. Gaff tape on the 1 3/8 tube would cut it either for this!
