I am asking not because I doubt you but because I want to see where I am wrong.I would figure at 10 db for every 10 fold increase in power so 10w is 107db, 100w is 117db, 1000w is 127db, 2000w is 130db, 4000w is 133 db. So by my RUDIMENTARY math it would take 10,000w to get to 137db and in the range of 35,000w to get to 142 from 97db 1w sensitivity (assuming no power compressionWhere am I wrong.
