Hi Tizian - (1) yes there are CAD plans I can send you. Send me PM (2) not sure about the XR1464c, to get this design to work correctly you don't really want to cross over any higher than 700Hz, that may be a bit low for the XR1464, but I have not tried it. Its fine for the HF950 (90 degree version) and the XT1464.The other issue is that the dipole arrangement of the two horn exits controls the vertical directivity. If you turn the box 90* the horizonal pattern will be a bit narrow around 500Hz ... but it will still work.
