Re: Advice on new set upIf you haven't heard the LS801P's before, I think you're in for a BIG surprise. In their price-range, there's not an active sub out there that'll touch them IMO. The DSR's also crank out the SPL's. Personally, I've found the DSR's to be a little "dark" sounding, but that's an observation based on very little experience with that box.(one demo/pre-recorded music), so take that comment with a grain of salt. For your budget and application, I think Mike (Pyle) has offered an inspired recommendation. Enjoy.
