There seems to be three main companies out there who all make solid looking airwall hangers. There may be more, but these are the ones I've found:

The main application for this would be small items - one or two lights, a single small speaker, or a cable pick. Looking for folks with experiences/comparisons on any or all of these, good or bad. The only down side to the Titan hangers (that I can find) is that they are manufacturer specific with regards to the type of airwall they will fit.
I've used the Alumalok before and they worked fine, but I have no frame of reference for comparison.
I am not looking for a DIY solution, so please do not suggest something like this. This has to be a commercially manufactured and rated item.
