Re: May the mouths waterI think that's it's easy to assume the larger box is 24x12 and the "expander" adds another 8in/4out (32x16 now). I suppose that the rack is the brain, and all the processing, even for the expander, goes through it. I'd sure like to know the pricing, I guess I'll have to hold my breath. I feel the iDR16 was very competitively priced compared to the LS9-16, so I'm just guessing that this will be an impressive value... er, hoping. The 2 USB ports looks like a nice idea, and on that screen I see a "direct out" tab. I'm wondering if that corresponds to the USB recording? If you can multitrack from the board right on to a flash drive that would be a great feature for a "distinctly analogue price".I would like to see further speculation. This beats the hell out of iPhone 5 rumors.
