I'd probably pass on the antibacterial soap, as you don't need chemicals that are nice to people for cleaning inanimate objects. I'd probably use Microphome (BZK based) or alcohol for cleaning, or simply consider the ($3) windscreen a consumable and replace them on a regular basis.
