This is my first post on the forum so i sincerely apologize if i do something wrong

So i mainly work in theater but recently I've expanded my skillset and equipment to start offering DJ and live sound. I picked up my system second hand (see my signature for specs) in astounding condition out of a nightclub (minus scratched paint on the enclosures). However I've had a bit of an incident.
my colleagues brother decided to borrow the system without asking, and loaned it out to a friend of his.
Upon arriving on the plot this weekend to begin reconditioning the bass bins, we were told that the amplifier was making a scratching noise. (we had used the system two weeks prior without an issue) So we did some investigation and found that the amp would go directly into clipping on channel 1 as soon as any load was connected, with any gain setting, and with any signal.
We also found one of our mid drivers was torn, and one crossover melted (yes, the 10" by 7" literally melted before the drivers suffered any damages)
Question 1: If i need to buy a new amp, what would you suggest? (8Ohm, 600-650W RMS, 4Ohm, 1100-1300W RMS) i was looking at the MC@ e-25 or T-2000?
Question 2: What would you reccomend as replacement Mid/High sets ups? The SYNQ Audio RS-15 looks pretty similarly speccd ar 1/4 the price....
Anyone have experience with SYNQ Audio?
Your suggestions would be appreciated.
