I hope whoever built this is on the forum, so they can fix it as soon as possible before someone gets hurt.

I found this on Facebook - not sure if has been posted before.

Problems I see:
Californias on the panel are the wrong gender!!!!
Wire on Californias is too small - likely 6/4
Someone doesn't know what conduit is for - or at least use offset nipples for everything
SE / SER clamps are not suitable for rubber cord
Also, the panel could at least be a weather resistant model, not an indoor model. Even better if it used bolt-on breakers since it's moving around a lot.
