Just looking for any referrals for good local (Boston) resources that would be able to sell, install, and provide service for a sports bar/live music venue wanting to add a "stage view" camera and upgrade their HDMI distribution system to accommodate that new input (and additional TV outputs).
Currently, they have a Binary brand 4x4 unit that is filled with 4x DirecTV inputs and 4x screens. Seems like they need an upgraded 6x8 or even 8x8 unit to add the camera input, and a few more screens around the bar. From my limited knowledge, it seems a fixed HD-SDI camera with appropriate converter would be the way to go.
Want to make sure they get a fair deal, good workmanship, and of course support after the sale from a local shop... oh, and they want it installed by New Year's Eve :lol:
