We're looking into Capsule CRM as a way of keeping track of customers and jobs. Looks like it will solve a lot of problems for us, but I'm curious if anyone else is using it or has considered it? I'm sure there will be issues that arise in a production environment which aren't obvious in more generic situations.
We do a pretty evenly split mix of installations, event work, and dry hire. In recent years it's become more and more of a headache keeping up with everything and I'm hoping that Capsule (or something like it) will help.
(P.S. Mods - not sure if this topic belongs in Varsity or not. It won't have much relevance for touring guys, but on the other hand I don't imagine many weekend warriors find themselves needing to implement this kind of software. If you want to move it, I won't be offended.
