There are some apps to show what wifi channels are in use, but they rely on the RF hardware built into your phone or tablet, and so are not all that useful for most production RF issues.

With that said, you can grab the RF Scanner software from Stage Research. Will let you use your computer to as the spectrum analyzer, with the hardware as an interface. Windows only.
