Hey folks,

Does anbody know if Liz and Mark at Audiopile are ok? They haven't answered the phone or responded to emails for the last week or so. The website says they will be closed July 4th through the 7th and the Bargain Basement was updated on June 31st, so there are some signs of life. It's just unusual to not get a prompt response from them.

Hey Folks,

Just got in touch with Liz. Everyone is fine, they are just crazy busy.

A few weeks ago I ordered a patch snake and, much to my surprise, received the wrong cable. At first I thought I had ordered the wrong part, but no, they sent the wrong part. Nothing like this has happened in the dozen or so orders I've placed with them. But in true Audiopile tradition, Liz just sent me the correct part with a return shipping label for the wrong one.
